The property at Vartiovuorenkatu 2 was transferred to the ownership of the City of Turku for \u20ac1.6 million. The City of Turku acquired the property to meet the needs of developing the service network. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNegotiations on the property transaction progressed rapidly with the city and it is great that the currently vacant property will be put to new use and will be able to serve Turku residents as part of the city&#8217;s service network,\u201d says <strong>Marko H\u00e4rk\u00f6nen<\/strong>, Director, Real Estate Development and Sales at Senate Properties.<\/p>\n<p>Located between Vartiovuorenpuisto Park and Luostarinm\u00e4ki Museum Quarter, the former Russian Consulate General property stands on a site of 3,500 m2.
