Programmet syftar till att \u00f6ka upphandlingsresultaten och underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6retagens deltagande i offentliga konkurrensuts\u00e4ttningar. Utvecklingsprogrammet har kommit i g\u00e5ng raskt. Med hj\u00e4lp av programmet uppn\u00e5dde Senatkoncernen besparingar p\u00e5 cirka 23 miljoner euro 2023.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I sin helhet str\u00e4var utvecklingsprogrammet efter besparingar p\u00e5 100 miljoner euro f\u00f6re utg\u00e5ngen av 2029. Syftet med programmet \u00e4r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra upphandlingsresultaten i synnerhet genom att \u00f6ka viljan att l\u00e4mna anbud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d<\/span>Vid offentlig upphandling upplevs det ofta som arbetsdrygt att l\u00e4mna anbud. Vi vill utveckla v\u00e5r verksamhet och hitta s\u00e4tt att underl\u00e4tta deltagandet i anbudsf\u00f6rfaranden. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt har allt fler f\u00f6retag m\u00f6jlighet att delta i konkurrensuts\u00e4ttningen och samtidigt kan man uppn\u00e5 betydande besparingar i upphandlingarna\u201d, s\u00e4ger <strong>Esapekka Kuikka<\/strong>, upphandlingsdirekt\u00f6r p\u00e5 Senatfastigheter.<\/p>\n<p>Under 2024 genomf\u00f6rs flera \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i utvecklingsprogrammet: bland annat testas nya upphandlingss\u00e4tt, \u00f6kas den marknadsdialog som h\u00e4nf\u00f6r sig till konkurrensuts\u00e4ttningen samt ordnas tillst\u00e4llningar f\u00f6r potentiella leverant\u00f6rer. V\u00e5ren 2024 ordnar Senatfastigheter informationsm\u00f6ten som fokuserar p\u00e5 upphandling f\u00f6r journalister i Rovaniemi, Ule\u00e5borg, Kuopio och Kouvola. M\u00f6ten forts\u00e4tter p\u00e5 h\u00f6sten p\u00e5 andra orter.<\/p>\n<p>I utvecklingsarbetet granskas en f\u00f6rnuftig dimensionering av upphandlingskraven och str\u00e4van \u00e4r att s\u00e4nka tr\u00f6skeln f\u00f6r att l\u00e4mna anbud. Koncernens totala anskaffningar uppgick 2023 till cirka 1 020 miljoner euro. De totala anskaffningarna \u00f6kade j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med \u00e5ret innan, vilket huvudsakligen berodde p\u00e5 att investeringarna i byggande \u00f6kade till 657 miljoner euro. Ut\u00f6ver byggnadsinvesteringar h\u00f6r till Senatfastigheters st\u00f6rsta anskaffningar anskaffning av underh\u00e5ll av fastigheter till ett belopp av 294 miljoner euro.<\/p>\n<p>Upphandlingarna genomf\u00f6rs inom Senatkoncernen p\u00e5 ett ansvarsfullt, planm\u00e4ssigt och resultatrikt s\u00e4tt.
