Espoo, Biologin kortteli block
Senate Properties is studying the development opportunities for the so-called Biologinkortteli block in the centre of Otaniemi, Espoo. The current use of the area will cease when the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland moves to their new premises in Otaniemi in the early 2020s.
Espoo, Kemistin kortteli block
In the centre of Otaniemi, in the neighbourhood of Aalto University metro station, reconstruction projects are being planned to enable versatile uses for the block. Senate Properties is developing the area in co-operation with Aalto University Properties Ltd.
Espoo, Kivimies area
The Kivimies area uniquely combines the marine environment with a convenient location between two metro stations and next to the Raide-Jokeri rail stops. Currently, 150,000 square metres of new construction and approximately 3,000 new inhabitants are targeted for the area serving mainly Aalto University and the government operations.
Helsinki, Huopalahdenportti
The new Huopalahdenportti suburban residential area is being planned in Ruskeasuo, Helsinki. We are looking for buyers for the lots by the tender opening in 2024.
Helsinki, Kumpulanmäki
Senate Properties, Helsinki University Properties Ltd, and the City of Helsinki organized an architectural invitation competition for the east and southeast slopes of the hill of Kumpulanmäki. The competition area is bordered by campus buildings, the Vallilanlaakso valley, and Kustaa Vaasan tie.

Four plots are coming up for sale in the beautiful area of the Rovaniemi Provincial Office on the shore of the Ounaskoski river. Our goal is to rebuild the area while preserving this valuable entity.
Tuusula, Regiment Park
Regiment Park, which reflects the history of the Hyrylä area, is turning into a new kind of district as Senate Properties develops and sells plots of the deprived area of the defence forces in Tuusula. In the future, up to 15,000 people will live in this new attractive village town.

The planning of the new Pihlajaniemi neighbourhood is underway. The Pihlajaniemi area combines, in a unique way, proximity to the sea and accessibility with different modes of transport. The central location of the area in the urban structure of Turku, the natural environment, and the seafront create good conditions for building a distinctive, homey, residential area. The area is designed for at least 5,000 inhabitants.
